Practical information

Everything you need before you book.

What is included, what can be arranged on request, how to get here and how we ask you to leave the space.

Equipment

Equipped, not empty.

Standard equipment is included in the rental at no additional cost. Availability varies slightly depending on the room and requested setup — each space page lists what belongs to it.

Basic audio is free of charge. The Open Space has the most extensive standard audio setup; the Design Studio, Library and Salon have smaller speakers suited to their room size. Jabra conference speakerphones are available for calls and hybrid sessions. For events requiring a more advanced setup, professional audio can be arranged separately.
